Magic-Of-Teams aims to be a comprehensive resource on Teamwork.

The field of team effectiveness is massive – and there are many many approaches that various brilliant people have taken to achieve the same. Experiential learning, Psychometric tools, Coaching, Spirituality are all just a few tools used in this interesting endeavour. The very range makes it impossible for this area to be mapped by a few individuals.

We are hence looking to build a community of practitioners engaged in this activity – which is just about all of us. If you have a family, you have a team – most of us in work also have teams – and then ofcourse there are the specialist HR practitioners, coaches, teachers and academicians who bring in different unique perspectives.

We believe this community would decide how this shapes up as an engagement platform for all. We do hope all of you visiting this page, join us in this journey. Increasingly, more and more of us Indians are also realising that the real competitive advantage lies in making better teams – individualism will take us only so far. The new found success of the current Indian cricket team in comparison to its predecessors being the most visible example of this truth.

As to who are the faces behind the website, we would like to introduce ourselves as a bunch of individuals passionately obssesed with this idea of the magic of teams – and wanting to make a difference by facilitating a common platform like this one. In case you want to find us, you will find many of us at: www.focusadventure.in

We would love to see you all contribute in the ongoing discussion!
