    Dear Arun, these are very powerful thoughts on teamwork and thank you very much for compiling and sharing. In reality the success of teamwork depends a lot on the individual, organizational environment and the team members. I guess you and your team members are breaking some of those barriers through the exercises for your clients. It will be great to see high level of teamwork and success from those teams to the organization and the experience for the individuals.
